Combining sliced tomatoes, blended tomatoes, raw olive oil, and cooked olive oil is a winner! Here is how to do it: Blend 1/2 lb tomatoes with 1/3 cup olive oil and a generous pinch of salt. Toast bread in plenty of olive oil. Rub a garlic clove on the toasted side. Top with blended tomatoes, add two layers of sliced tomatoes, and season. Enjoy!
